It would have to vibrate 240 times faster to even hit the bottom of the ultrasonic frequency spectrum.

I have an electric toothbrush bought from Noz or somewhere like that over 10 years ago, it has 2 contra-rotating drum brushes and wherever you use it in your mouth it brushes away from the gums as you should, its good for defurring the tongue also, never seen one since but it really is the best ever, thankfully I was wise enough to buy loads of replacement brushes for it.

I had a détartrage yesterday and it was by far the most painfull ever but effective, it was done with a high pressure water jet.
