NLP ie neuro-linguistic programming - some years ago my boss held a NLP course for a couple of days for our insurance salesmen that cost the company around £300,000 plus the cost of hotels/food/travel etc. I know cos I was the finance administrator. I have never heard such a load of b*****ks in my life. A lot of the salesmen weren't impressed either!
