Sorted - thank you. Boxes are no where near full but how do you empty them anyway?

Cannot remeber, I think you click a box on the right of the pm then scroll down and click delete then confirm it.

I think I have sorted it. Open the PM you want to delete and click on the "X" on top right; you will then be asked to confirm that you want to delete the message.
