I got into trouble today for using the word f-ck, she says I do not even know I say it.
What the f-ck does she know, I crushed my finger, f-ck.
I walked into an acro prop, that was another f-ck.
It would not be the same saying oh sugar.

I remember a long time ago early in the morning entering one of our control rooms. The plant was down and there was a particular problem with a piece of equipment.
Just then one of the operators entered the control room, dripping wet (it had been peeing down all night) and declared,
"The f'king f'ker's f'king f'ked"
And while this may not have meant a lot to an outsider, everyone in the control room understood exactly what the problem was.
Edit to add: adjective, noun, adverb, verb

When my uncle was little, Grandma had a problem with him swearing. She spoke to her cousin, who was school nurse who advised her to say “ What did you say ,butter ? “ when he swore next. The next time he cursed she very calmly said “What was that Edward, did you say butter “, and received the response “Butter be buggered,I said bugger”

As stated on the other post , swearing is common on building sites with the F word being the most used, well it was in my time a long time ago.
I get a right rollicking from the good lady in my life for still using it so much.

And the French version is not nearly as versatile. "F**kity f**k f**k!" just doesn't translate.

I thought the best the French could come up with was prostitute.FrenchForumSurvivor wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2020 5:24 amAnd the French version is not nearly as versatile. "F**kity f**k f**k!" just doesn't translate.

That sounds really appropriate if you crush a finger.
Just for the record I do not swear all the time.
