61% of Spanish do not want Brits this year over CV19. I was suprised it was as low a figure than that.
I would have expected that without CV19.
There was Dutch at a cafe in St Amand this morning sitting in the next table to us, one of them was coughing but at least turned away from their table and spread it our direction.
No masks on, tourists who needs them.
If I had a cough just now I would have a mask on.
Did no one read the article the French did not want British tourists either, although I would think cafe resturaunt and bar owners might say otherwise.

Mysty, maybe they couldn’t get past the beginning - I couldn’t, but found it elsewhere on the net.
I’m not surprised by the figures, but I expect that people in tourist areas would be more receptive to British visitors than those in more residential areas. I understand that firm rules have been brought in to ‘party-central’ places in Spain.
I don’t think that the figures would be so much different if a poll was held in the UK - I can’t see people in general welcoming foreigners, as so many people wanted flights to be totally stopped a few weeks ago, but those in tourist areas would no doubt welcome them. Places like London, Bath and Windsor will very much miss Americans and their money this year.
There's a lot of Dutch and English holiday home owners around Arnac La Poste. I've been hearing that they've been flooding in this past week. I haven't heard that they're not welcome.
It wasn't an article but a Google search with many articles in the results.
When I looked this morning the search string was Mysty spelling and I was impressed that Google had understood it, when I click on the link now it is correct yet there is no record of the posting being editted, perhaps the edit footnote is just for us mere mortals.
I was using the phone this morning and am now on the computer so that might be the difference, will check again on the phone.
