Making it easier for Brits in the Charentes

We are just back from Brillac. Stopped at a park area on the way to Limoges.
You now have signs in English and French :lol:

Yes but not once they get into double figures.

We have roads signs written in English around here telling drivers to drive on the right, trouble is they have put them on the right hadd side of the road where they dont do a lot of good :oops:

That’s nothing. Here in the Morbihan we have road signs in French and Breton that nobody understands

We had some road signs but they are either so overgrown with vegetation or the guy that cuts the verges has knocked them over :lol:

At Limoges airport they also pander to the RHD car drivers. At the car park, there are card readers on both sides of the exit.

During our 40+ years of traveling around France the commonest sign we have seen is a pointing arrow with "THIS WAY TO ENGLAND" underneath. :lol:

I've never noticed that! :lol:
Last ime I was there there were a couple of elderly UK reg cars that had been sitting in the car park for ages and ages. I wonder if they're still there.
