A bit worrying as the BCC article seems to be written as if the draft WA won't go ahead.

Thanks for posting that link Debra. The rest of the newsletter not actually concerning France is also worth a read, as is Roger Boaden's very detailed analysis of how the Leave campaign engineered the leave vote.
There are known knowns; there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns—the ones we don't know we don't know.

Yes I like reading the perspective of people in other member states and how they are handling things there. There are often discrepancies over what they're being told and what the withdrawal agreement says should happen so there will clearly be problems in implementing it across the EU, if it is ratified, for a while afterwards.

ECREU and BCC have been around a long time before the referendum happened so it's always worth keeping up with both groups even regardless of the current situation.

Thanks Debra. I get a copy to my inbox but it’s good to share the link with people who might not be signed up. As for the BCC adopting a view on the WA not going ahead, they are probably just taking a position a bit like me, hope for the best but prepare for the worst.
Don’t walk away in silence.

I take the same view but I hope his article doesn't panic people. I think it would have been better to say what will happen if the WA goes ahead, otherwise - what he wrote.
