There are pants and there are pants. For me, the preference is boxers or caleçons, not slips, haven't tried any Lidl variety yet, but do have DIMs.

I was once in a large branch of M&S in the ladies underwear section when a became aware of a man who seemed to be kind of following me. I moved away but again he came towards me “Excuse me” he said holding out a mobile phone on which was a message from his OH asking him to buy her a pack of knickers whilst he was in M&S. The poor guy had got to the right department but once there was completely bamboozled ,and I must have been the most approachable looking woman there

Bought lots of clothes from Lidl, they are fine but never buy their sandals or trainers, real crap because they refuse to pay the supplier just a little more to obtain the quality. These Germans are obsessed with price when I'm sure that paying a little bit more means a much better quality.

Have to agree about M&S. Gave up on y fronts a long time ago, only for masochists. Apparently those who bought their boxers for years from M&S complain that they are much thinner than they used to be. I bought a pack of them in white and found them to be very comfortable and DYK that they make excellent shorts, the coolest I've ever used. I intend to sew on some belt loops to make them more practical and to avoid any chance of them falling down - comfortable and cool that's the way to go.

I'm currently wearing a pair of flip flop type sandals. I bought them last year but only just started to wear.

They are the most comfortable sandals I've ever had, only paid around 10 euros but they're better than similar ones at €70 euros from the pharmacy.

If one is not in the UK, and as most of the M & S shops seem to have clothes, how does one order their knickers (for ladies and men)? I think even Paris M & S have been closed.
M+S online in France, wot kind of knickers were you looking for.
