I once saw something that said ‘from UT’ I asked who the hell lived in a place called UT! I was told it was short for Utah! But I’m sure this UT isn’t! But what is it?

I yearn for a bottle of Jersey, with the cream to fight for (with my brother) on the top. I mentioned it to my wife the other day thinking she would think similarly.
Instead she had a rather confused expression on her face and said sadly, 'when we were kids all we had in our house was sterilised.' I think she meant those tall bottles with the crown corks rather than cardboard or foil tops which were not bird resistant. Eugh, I can't imagine being so deprived.
