When the ship is sinking it's hard to know which holes to plug.
And don't let's forget that this is a government that has proven itself more incompetent at protecting its citizens than any other country in the world - the world - except the USA.
Not only is their lying unforgiveable, even more unforgiveable is their total inability to protect the population. Those little Englander exceptionalists who feel superior to all others need to take a look at Vietnam, Singapore, Taiwan, Germany and the other 200 or so countries whose governing institutions have handled this virus attack better.

Yes there was a scientific expert on the radio, saying that from the modelling, it can be concluded with a fair amount of certainty that if the UK had locked down just one week earlier, the death toll at this point would be below the 10,000 mark. More inline with Germany. A shocking indictment of Boris Johnson and the Tory govt.
Also an article stating similar in the Telegraph.

The Sunday Times Insight team did a savage takedown of the UK's (read government's) lack of probity since Feb. Try to find it from this past Sunday. It's very damning.

If there is no after life, how are we going to be surprised?Monsieur3seas wrote: ↑Wed May 27, 2020 8:50 amwhen we all die we all may be surprised there is no after life and find all vicars have been lying forever....

Like when one is up to one’s neck in alligators, substantiated or not,
one tends to forget that the mission was to drain the swamp
