Morning all.
Despite choir practice I went into Tulle for a couple of hours yesterday afternoon. Well worth the effort.
The energy was palpable.
Had a rhubarb and quince ice cream! Delish!
ANyway, have to go prepare for my visitors, I'm a bit late starting, had to wait for the nurse to come do my bloods...
Have a brilliant -COOLER- day.

Mornin' all.
Lovely and cool this morning after the spectacular storm last night. No watering to do! Which is a boon because I have to go to the fountain to fill my watering can, and I can no longer carry it full, so have to make several trips! Yes, I will get a smaller one!
Anyway, hope everyone enjoys the break in the weather...

Storm knocked over a lot of tomato plants so straightened up. Some broken dailia
stems.
I closed up the pool cover as we thought it better to leave it open. The hail was large and would have made holes in it. OH checked loft, I hope!
Overall, we seemed to have survived well.

Morning all.I’m OK,
Storm seems to have broken a fair few of my tomatoes. (I effectively ‘lost’ yesterday)
And now my laptop has gone on the blink...
going to be a quiet day, methinks...

Morning all.

Trying to get motivated to get the day started, but since last week's little fracas I'm not feeling up to much. However, today I will try to change my attitude and stop feeling sorry for myself and start being grateful that I'm still here. Even if I did get a bill for the paramedics yesterday...
Need to go to the boulangerie, the bread I made last night hasn't risen...Ho hum...
Have a nice day, y'all!

Bon motivation. Remember, no day in France can be considered a day without Fracas (named after the French) or panic.
