Went to see 1917 followed by a drink at our favourite pub/bar and then a curry, I know how to treat a woman. :)

I know how to treat a woman.
So do I, 2 sandwiches and a chocolate bar each with 2 very nice coffees in the Shell shop at Cestas northbound services while waiting for 2 sweet male Dobies to arrive from Spain.

As we whiled away the hours in the Bordeaux Rocade jam I treated her to an episode of Yes Prime Minister from my 20 disc collection.

She was not amused and cannot for the life of her understand why I love the English language in all its exquisite beauty so much.

I saw that film yesterday, too. What did you think?

I often judge the quality of a film by how quick the time goes and it flew past yesterday so for me it was extraordinary, the scale of the sets were mind-blowing.

Did you see it at Le Gallia in Saintes or at Cinema Eden in St Jean?
