You can leave my dark, smelly, sore place out of this. I'm using the ointment.
Whether it's a Caterpillar or Wolf this is the place to discuss and ask questions.

If you had been able to describe the crime scene in a way that didn’t make it sound like the normal everyday business of a number of small indigenous mammals then you might have received the answer you were searching for. As it happened a very wishy washy OP morphed into a bit of harmless fun.Mangetout wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 8:21 pmThanks PatF. Seems to be the sort of site that might be useful. Not that it was ever that important, but I just thought someone might be knowledgeable.
Pity the other posters can't be as helpful. They seem to be in a dark, smelly and rather sore place. And I 'll leave it at that.
In my garden some unknown furry creature(s) often crap in holes made by dogs where there have been molehills. I’m pretty sure the sausage shaped smelly stuff found there doesn’t come from a dog or a mole so there are probably three different animals involved in the crime scene. Isn’t nature wonderful.
