If people have to restrain a child in a car why would one not restrain a dog?

In the event of a violent stop or swerve the dog becomes a projectile and a danger to itself and anybody in the car.

It is at present an uncorroborated tale, it would not be the first time that an excuse has been made for a black eye :(

I'm not trying to be insensitive but if she's got Alzheimers you have to question the accuracy of her representations.

If she was interrogated by the police over a few hours and the story stayed the same that would be a good guide.

We always seat belt our dog's in the back seat with a doggie belt. I thought it was an obligation in France?

I wouldn't want to take the risk of two young dog's not moving about in the car.

To answer that on the basis of one uncorroborated story would require a closed mind, - wait & see.
