Did anyone see it ?

The was a report from Eymet :D It is very pretty Eymet. Very typical France :?

They are worried about their future. Apparently they can't get CDS's.

They can still get their food from the UK through

It is very understandable. :D

I am worried about climate change and the future of the planet. Particular with respect to bird food miles.

Oooh look..they are so hungry in the 'cuisine' capital of the world they those living in Eymet have to have their own dedicated food truck from the UK every week

Just googling..there is a Carrefour, a spar. There is an Auchan, Super U all in the vicinity.

I was talking about this with my OH after the report. You could imagine her response.

Feck emm.

I thought it was okay..at least a few of the people were able to be interviewed in French. We know Tim.. he's been on the council for many years and is very involved in the local community.
Living with uncertainty is never easy and there is no sign that this will change anytime soon.

The bloke running 'hotel Eymet' could not speak French though

I guess he does not get many French clients :?

The nearest Auchan is Bordeaux..There is an Intermarche however. Never seen a Super U. No one in Eymet needs to order their shopping online as they stock all the UK products in Carrefour.

The hotel wasn't in Eymet. There isn't a hotel in Eymet. He was in Bergerac

The Spar is up for sale..It's tiny and gets most of it's income from being a point relais for DPD.

Maybe you ought to share this with your OH https://www.chanteroy-online.co.uk/ and then she can try to contact all the customers to explain if they google, they can find London has shops and she can be patronising to them too and swear at them. Does your whole family have a superiority complex? It may be that people that order this stuff just have a simple genuine preference.

I think the hotelier is in Thiviers. Last year he posted on a forum, possibly even this one, that he was on Escape to the Sun that day. Another ‘Brits in Dordogne’ news report I’ve seen recently visited the police horse place.

Are you sure you heard her right and it was not fec you

You buy almost everything from Amazon, that's no better than the Brits you claim buy from British food outlets. :P
