She might after a fight get her €1 back but I would not count on it!

I also had it done for €1 a couple of months ago. They pumped what seemed like bits of cotton wool into the loft, 30cm deep. I done mine through
Leroy Merlin, who sub-contract it to someone else. No problems at all.

We are also having all our windows changed and getting rid of the old expensive oil heating and replacing it with a Pompe a Chaleur. The state is paying €11500.00 for this and the rest we are paying with 0 pct interest. :D

Limousinlady just beat me to it with this thread. From what I've read it's worth taking the first steps, which I have done today.
All orders were now issued through Squealer or one of the other pigs. Napoleon himself was not seen in public as often as once in a fortnight.

We want our cave insulated as the lofts are ok. They tried to contact us 3 times today on the mobile, but OH missed the call each time :? . Hopefully, better luck tomorrow.

You're confused with the title of his new book
Isolation from the Euro.

I had two cold calls today on this subject. When I said we had had the house restored about three years ago and the isolation renewed(not true) he said it was time that it was checked. What ?

Shortly after another call from a young lady who announced the marvellous 1€ scheme.
We had an interesting conversation.
Mr Curtis ?
Yes
Some 1€ talk.
Me. Félicitations
Merci.
You are the 11th person to call today and the second 1€ call. We've had the house redone recently and the isolation as well
How long ago ?
About three years.
It should be checked.
Are you telling me I should change the isolation after only three years.
Why not ?

Not much left to say and remain polite.

How can that sort of selling technique be justified ?
Still the caller I imagine only wants to make an appointmet and after that they have no interest.

Our house is already well insulated, as a new build we did it anyway.

But I've just seen that it also applies to garages, which we haven't insulated or finished yet.

So I will look into it to see if we qualify.
