"Ordered to immediately take off" is scrambled, but "and set" for eggs? Well done, Tom.

It was actually "and set course" so that's where the eggs came in..."Ordered to immediately take off" is scrambled, but "and set" for eggs?
scrambled eggs on toast, one of my favourite main course dishes.Am scrambling to compose a clue but my blood sugar is only 64. Will post soon, after I've drunk some sweet apple juice.
