"Ordered to immediately take off" is scrambled, but "and set" for eggs? Well done, Tom.

It was actually "and set course" so that's where the eggs came in..."Ordered to immediately take off" is scrambled, but "and set" for eggs?

Am scrambling to compose a clue but my blood sugar is only 64. Will post soon, after I've drunk some sweet apple juice.
