Santander One Pay FX ?

Has anyone used the Santander app 'One Pay FX' to pay a bill, from a UK Santander Bank account, to a French company or business that requested a payment ?

If so, how easy or difficult was it ?

Any help appreciated.

For what it's worth running a normal internet current account with Santander was a nightmare.

At long last, my fault entirely, I've made the payment to the French Hospital using the Santander One Pay FX free service - surprised no-one else uses it.
