I did read that it and Poldark, both screened by the BBC, are made by an ITV production company.

There's an even better series on the BBC just now - Killing Eve. Really well written, acted and shot. There's a young actress called Jodie Comer who is sensational in the role of professional assassin with the rest of the cast, particularly Kim Bodnia (The Bridge), Sandra Oh and the wonderful Fiona Shaw, adding real class.

It's on iPlayer.

I liked "Bodyguard" but also prefer "Killing Eve"....French TV can't hold a candle to both!

Oh, I think they can. Insoupçonable, (admittedly an adaptation of The Fall), Le Tueur des Lacs, Les Innocents, to name just 3, all TF1 productions.

Slight topic drift, does anyone else admit to reading and enjoying 50 Shades of Grey?

Really enjoyed i,t but Killing Eve is top drama with a great cast. Enjoying Press and Strangers too at the moment.
