Impots have sent me an E Mail re the above. How are others paying their taxes next year if they have no French employer/ pension provider?

As I understand it if you are liable for tax then based on what you paid this year the same amount will be divided by 10 to be paid each month for 10 months from January deducted from your bank account that is if you sent a RIB which we were asked to do on the tax form (at least this is what I have been told.) However, according to our Avis d'impot (just received) we are not liable for tax and it shows 0% in the column but goes on to say we are liable for PS but again shows 0% in the column so I don't know whether we wait for a bill to arrive in Aug/Sept next year or whether we will get a monthly deduction from our bank account for PS. Have a look at page 4 of your Avis d'impot as the info is there on ours.
