Email from the Impôts this morning saying that new documents were available.

:good: Visited their site this evening and found that a very handy sum will be credited to our bank account tomorrow.

 Now if I could have just opened the Santé site and booked a covid vaccination, it would have been a perfect day...

 Maybe tomorrow.

:good: Earlier this morning managed to book a vaccination on the 20th Jan. using Doctolib. The centre is just 38 kms away. They also gave me an appointment for the second shot on the 17th Feb. Just need to take my Carte Vitale and passport.

It’s good to know that some of you are arranging your vaccination appointments after reading that they weren’t available as quickly as wanted and needed.

The fishing industry losing over a million pound per day since 1st January. Oh no! If only 92% of them hadn’t voted Brexit.

Excellent news!

Our walk was very pleasant, as the sun shone, unexpectedly. On the walk home we passed the children's’ play park and the giggles from a little one on the baby swings was the most joyful sound I’ve heard for a long time, and so infectious! 😀

What I meant by adding my cryptic song/link was supposed to allude to the bureaucratic nightmare that
oh and I found ourselves in for getting out of step with high office, or, perhaps, some bored administrator.
To do so is to court disaster.
