Our elderly lady client belongings were picked up this afternoon by the removal company so that was a huge relief and she's very happy, this time next week she'll be back in the UK.

Good news today: My new passport has been desptached from the UK. :good:
Bad news: l) Not likely to be using it anytime soon. 2) Hospital appointment, I've waited 4 months for, has been cancelled for tomorrow as Dr. sick. :( 3) Missed DHL delivery, although I was in all day. :(. Not sure when 2) & 3) can be re-arranged for. :x

You're fortunate to have a forum full of people to point out your shortcomings. The rest of us have to get married for that service. 8-)
I have a problem with smartphones. I need one hand to hold the phone, another to peck/push/and swipe, and another to hold the magnifying glass.

Yesterday our lovely son who lives nearby asked if we needed anything from Tesco as they were placing their order for delivery early this morning. There was nothing needed and we’re putting together our order for delivery on Saturday anyway.

At lunchtime our son rang to ask if we’d opened the front door today - no, so went to look and found boxes of Maltesers! Our son had decided that I hadn’t had any of my favourites recently, so he’d get me some, which delighted me; we received a lot of posh chocs for Christmas and still have a lot left although we’ve eaten quite a few. But they don’t cheer me up like a few (!) Maltesers do. He knows his Mum pretty well!

:D Saw the first primvère flower today. Many plants are now showing leaves and a sole brave one was sporting a bloom.
