Just got Bob to chase after & pick up a ball.
The more we see of him the more we realise he's not had much fun in his life but that'll change in the coming months as we slowly draw him out.

Well done Vic. Sometimes it's just the really simple things in life which can give us enormous pleasure.

Managed to tow OH's car off the grass where it had stubbornly refused to shift from before Xmas. Then wanted to pressure wash the mud off it but the lock on the shed had stuck so had to be cut off.
One step forward and then another step back.

Happy days.

What did you attach the tow rope to?

I discovered a little plastic cover on the front bumper about the size of a commemorative postage stamp. Under it was a bit of sturdy looking tube internally threaded. A rummage around in the spare tyre well unearthed a thing with an eye on one end and the opposite end was threaded. Job's a good 'un.

Personne n'arrive à me maintenir allumée...

.

We have just had the gas tank filled and are feeling very pleased about that.

A driver came last week, got to the bend on the drive close to the house, gave up and left. He left a note in the mailbox to say the drive was too narrow and there were too many branches. Biggles spent time removing suspect branches but there's nothing we can do about the width of the drive, which hasn't changed since the last deliveries were made!
