Slobbing indoors in the cool. Hubbie has pulled a muscle in his back so even though he is now on holiday we are taking things easy for the moment to help it pass - suits me

It needed more than groot. You could put your hand through a couple of the gaps.
Looks better now

I have just read this article, the alarm bells have been ringing for me for quite some time now.

“When the far right targets books, it should ring alarm bells for us all”
https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfr ... nald-trump

Like the quote alongside the article, “You may burn my books … but the ideas those books contain have passed through millions of channels and will go on”

I saw the video made by the attackers. A bunch of prom queens. They didn't cause that much damage but nevertheless they caused some damage and a lot of concern for the guy running the shop but he handled it well. The attackers did a great job of showing themselves up as a bunch of wallopers. And the guy behind the camera? If he said Oh My God once he must have said it 40 times trying to make every nothing into a something. Storm troopers? Super dooper pooper scoopers.

Still marvelling at the British sweep of the 100m at the Euros.

If anyone fears for the younger generation just take a look at Dina Asher-Smith or Zharnel Hughes. Not just outstanding runners but great ambassadors for their peers.
