Not much as cat refusing to leave my lap - it’s not out of love I think it’s cold and she’s keeping her feet warm!

In ancient times cats were worshipped as gods; they have not forgotten this - Terry Pratchett

We have people back for a second viewing on a house this morning they want it but trying to get the price lower.
Would still make money just not as much. Will report back later.

Long hours in the car tomorrow so just been tinkering around in the house and garden, chilling out now next to Demon and trying to do a special killer sudoku.

Really nicely done:

I am so desperate for a project now the renovation is finished and I am tied to the site, I have a workshop full of wood and tools but have finished all the remaining round tuits and created all the projects that I have room for, if I dont get the place next door and the land behind then I will have to move on.

Until now I have not missed having a garden, especially the maintenance but the space does give you freedom to be creative and to keep mind and body busy.

Nice job Mike how are you going to stop the joints warping. I screw the boards down but it still warps over time. That's on full boards and not ornate joints as you have done

Each board has the minimum of six screws, two each end and two in the middle of the span, what I am a little bit annoyed at is the amount the boards have shrunk during the recent heat, the 30 deg angles need not have been so painstakingly butted to each other to make a perfect joint, they have all opened and left a gap, even tapered on some, on each end, still they are flush and make a perfect base to sit and ponder what the others are doing. :D
