Showing property today then all day Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. Trust me it's boring and the properties are not near each other. If someone says it's the one for me then it's great. Today was wasted with holiday makers.

Mysty.

I was asking what type of connectors (raccords) are you using on the PER, you probably with have started with compression ones, if you move on to a better cheaper pro system I recommend the crimp type (raccords à cintrer) with the crimping tool like a bolt cutter, between the two is the push on fittings with a retention collar (raccords à glisser).

Most secure, cheapest in volume, biggest range of fittings and needing the least space to set are the raccords à cintrer
Hi that's what I have been using for a while now. Quick easy to use and no wastage

Can you not get a feeling in advance if it is time wasters ? Or is the risk of losing a sale stronger ?
Drive fast, attract the Police. Drive faster, attract sponsors.

Not everyone tells the truth. You can ask questions like are you just looking if they say yes then we send them to see the outside but most fib.
We sold one earlier this year. I showed them around and came out to ATS and said that was a waste of a morning they came out of the house and wanted to talk about an offer. We agreed a sale minutes later.
Others you can spend hours with and it turns to nothing.
We agreed a sale almost a year ago on a hovel subject to them selling their UK house.
There sale goes through this month.
We do not just get a 500 Euro commission so when the sales come through its worth it.
I just hate wasting time driving about when I could be renovating our new home.
But if you do not show houses you do not sell them.
