Not gardening, although there’s a lot to do - it’s at the stage where a lot of it looks as though a hurticane has gone through 😢.

I think I must have strained a muscle in my shoulder when heaving bags of branches etc to the car and at the tip. I know that I must keep my shoulder moving and I’m using icepacks and massaging ibuleve in, but gardening and cleaning windows are off my list.

45 minutes? With an iron? Naked. I promise you, 45 minutes exercise a day and the creases will fall away.

Mur composite, doublage is plasterboard with the foam on the back, the act of posing it or the finished job.

Although you may well insulate and your mur composite with doublage :good:

Our 3 year old granddaughter is here for the day, been trying to do activities that don’t make a strain in my shoulder worse. The best so far has been the pretend picnic, sitting being waited on - very nice.
