I went to the Fete des huitres in Sardent 23. If you've no been and you're close enough, I recommend it. Last day tomorrow (Monday). Other than oysters there's loads of fine fayre. My eyes couldn't take in enough and my stomach even less.
Gone, but not forgotten.

Waiting in the car for mysty at bricodepot as we are heading to work now and the car is already pretty well loaded up. Car park is full.

I have to decide whether to apply the passé composé or the imperfect in a number of sentences. I think I’ve got my brain to sorted where the verb ends with an ing. I think I then apply the imperfect but my teacher also said there’s a number of times I can use both.

I think there's at least one example where the present can be used.

For the marker of time (yesterday, when the bus stopped etc etc) use passé composé, for an action that was taking place at that time either continuos or short term then use the imparfait.
