Then do some spring cleaning and delete some.
But would it cause the issue BE described?
If your sent box is full, it will still send the message but it won’t be saved so keep emptying your sent box if you want to save recent sent messages. Never had a full outbox because as soon as a pm has been read it then it disappears from the outbox and so far most people open the pms I have sent. ;)

Once full if you want to retain the massages you can create an overflow folder and when that is full create another one ad in finitum.

Does deleting a PM also delete it from the recipient? I have some that are marked as deleted but it could be because I did not see they were there to read them and they were deleted from the outbox of the sender.
To answer your question, yes, once the sender deletes, the message is gone. I’ve edited a pm in the past that was no longer relevant rather than have the person opening a pm that just says deleted.

Understood, that makes sense, but the first part of the question, perhaps I wasn't clear, is still unresolved.

Where an exchange of Pm's have been sent and recieved (that's what I should have precised) , if the sender or recipient delete them from their folder do they deleted from the other persons folder?

I am asking just in case doing spring cleaning deletes saved messages from the other party, if that were to be the case then creating another folder would be appropriate.

Please say if creating new folders impact on the forums storage space and could result in you having to pay more.

So does JohnnyD, but he'd like to get rid of his PM.
