What is different about eating processed mashed pulp from chicken sweepings as rather than that from pork sweepings Nifty?

Anyone that can relish the latter must surely be able to eat anything like the animals whose sweepings you prefer.

They were probably Halal hot dogs, probably contained (allegedly) beef as well as numerous other animals but not pork.

Leaving aside the nature of the stuff that goes into processed food,
I find some things are palatable other things are definitely not.

I know where you are coming from Nifty, to me the filling of a sausage should bear some resemblance to the meat that it purports to be made from, I dont think that is possible with chicken as it cant be minced like pork.

However hot dogs, the genuine ones that you wanted to eat are just reconstituated slush so I wonder whether you can really see or taste the lack of pork?

Just had a couple of slices of saucisse halal, thats completely minced up slush and whilst the most important thing for the consumer is that there is no pork they really would not know if there were.

HaHa ! Nothing wrong with farting ! As doctors say, a healthy person should fart 14 to 20 times a day...
Maybe, these chickens come from a local farm where they are fed with beans only ?
We cook our chickens ourselves and we buy them (as all our meat) in a local farm shop which sells fantastic steacks, sausage, porc chops and roasts, chickens, etc... for a very qood price compared to the supermarket. It's nation wide: maybe there's one where you live : 'coopchezvous'. We know it's locally produced, no multiple mark-ups in between, little transport and it's the right place to have a chat with people speaking patois :D
You learn from your mistakes but it's much quicker and cheaper to learn from the mistakes of other people ! :D

When I was at school, one of my classmates 'ripped one off' during the French lesson and everyone laughed. The boy apologised to the teacher but the teacher said, "no apologies needed, you can't hold what's not in your hand". Wise words that have stayed with me through life.

I'm a vegetarian.

Meat is murder regardless of how well it is cooked.

Not so sure the definition of 'murder' applies to cooked chickens 🤣🤣🤣

PS - I'm a carnivore (admitting it is the first step to recovery - they say!)
