Thanks for the info. I am using an iPad plus a laptop. Done nothing as far as I know. Where does one find cookies? I cannot see where the problem is, remember now quite ancient with computers. Help perhaps?

I lost all my links when I cleared cookies some months ago, so haven’t done so since.
I was having to log in every time but it was suggested that I switch to Edge instead of Chrome and whatever else I had access to (I’m not very technical!) and it worked.
