I've been looking for a pair of sandals and noticed Mountain Warehouse have a English/French website. Ordered what I thought would suit, paid via card, pressed continue and the whole thing crashed out. I rang their customer service only to be told "yes that sometimes happens, don't worry the money will be re-credited to your account". OK so maybe that sometimes happens so re-ordered using PayPal this time. Order went through with a 3 to 7 day delivery. Eight days later they arrived. Wrong colour, wrong inner sole, different outer sole, in fact completely different sandals! Sent them back via their returns procedure only to be charged £4.50 for postage for their mistake! Not only that but the original refund to my account took 7 days. I'll be starting a dispute via PayPal.

The moral of the story - read the reviews terrible or otherwise before ordering!
