Demolition day

Post by mysty » Fri Aug 09, 2019 7:09 am

Today work starts on a new renovation. I have a team of experts that's myself and an ex delivery man with two days mixing concrete experience to help.
The ground floor is riddled with meurles which is a kind of wood rot. It all needs removed but it has walls sitting on the rotten floors, which makes it a little awkward. Pictures later tonight.
We are only spending a couple of weeks at this house just now as it only needs the minimum amount of work to make a good profit rather than a full renovation though that could change with us doing more work as orginally planned.

Today we ripped out the ground floor walls, back there next Friday to cut out all the rest of the old beams.
