I must say that Cedeo Limoges were brilliant, from start to finish even though they usually deal with plumbers. :good:
:D Until 2011 Cedeo used to be called Brossette, which was part of the British group Wolseley. They were always good on customer service and am glad to hear that they still are!

:?: Have often wondered if the more expensive indirect heating elements are more prone to fail than those immersed in water, which seem to be very robust.

I'm not sure if the element was direct or indirect :? but it was Eu.90 which compared with a new tank for Eu600 seemed reasonable and it was easy to fit being located at the front of the tank.
