That pallet standing on its side might fall over and hurt someone.

Hope it wasn't you who put up the block supports, bowing like mad.

Those small matchbox size pieces of wood appear to be holding the new brick-built upper part ..I am definitely no builder but that would worry me.
The pillars don't seem to be tied into anything either.
Oh er ..

I cannot see any bowing on the phone, just the wooden blocks. I guess they must have had props before they gave up.
Not an easy fix.

Nope.
Just fill in the open bits with some stuff, whack on a couple of doors to the pillars and you have a great tractor shed.

One full-length concrete lintel too expensive, saving 30 euros?

How would you cast it in or fit a precast or steel one while holding the rest up?

If it were to go below the existing one then it could be workable.

No problem with the wooden blocks as temporary supports, I wonder how they got to that situation, probably run out of funds but what were they doing in the first place? Because it looks like the brickwork was recently done.

Editted.

Having enlarged it I can see that the 2 sections of lintel are in fact wood with a half lap joint and what I thought was brickwork are hollow terre cuite blocks.

In which case its easy to splice in a centre part to the lintel and if the parpaing columns are to remain then simply raise blockwork either side of them and put a door & frame in the centre.

Perhaps there was methid in their madness.

Hi mysty !
Among many other concerns, the 1st which pops to my mind is the mental health of the builder... Cheers

I'd be tempted to carefully wrap a tow rope around the pillars and pull the whole lot down and start again. There's nothing of any real value there to try to preserve.
