Brits will always come to France probably less of them due to Brexit and financial concerns.
Brexit either has to happen or stop before anything will calm down.
Catrose might just be lucky or has something a bit diffetent. Not everyone will get hurt.
We had two enquiries for properties last week that is down on the amount of enquieries before Brexit.
We are more selective on what we buy now although its 99% based on price. :P

I dont either but cant pick & choose what nationalities reserve through an OTA and its definitely the Brits that are absent en masse this summer, other than financially they are not missed.

I wont moan, to date they have made my fortune, 5 years ago I had just about depleted my savings when the first rental income came in, only €4K that year but it turned the tide.

Today I am buying a house, not a Mysty house but a mainstream one in a prosperous grande ville for mainstream money all of which has been saved from the rental income in the last 4 years.

I have never seen anything of yours that I would call crap, just amazing value and even more so after your magic dust has been sprinkled.

My hôtel cost twice that but did have a roof of sorts, last 3 years it has brought in an ROI of 40% + and thats including the renovation costs, will be lower this year and probably next but will then surge.

It owes me nothing other than 14 years of my life
