I like Pierrefonds too. Nice place to sit and watch the world go by.

Not noticed many Brits around Compiegne. Except some times at the race track.
My Parents moved there over 25 years ago. The house is on the edge of the forest.
Very convenient location for us to visit.
I’ve been visiting Compiegne for almost 60 years. :( The British people I know there tend to have lived there at least that long and are totally integrated. I will be there for at least one night very soon and will be meeting two Compiegne residents later this morning.

In defence of the countless thousands that you've just insulted and at the risk of me doing the same to Mysty, the opposite could be true. But I think Mysty did have a life, strutting his stuff at the Orchard Park, from where he could walk home.
Change must come.

Back to my original name from 16 or so years ago. Back in England since last September but missing our friends over there. So different here in a small market town to living in rural Brittany. I've just seen one of the family across the street and that is the first one I've seen since arriving back last year! :)

I didn't join as I'm not in that area but I read the posts frequently especially on the subject of CdS!
