Gnome house for under 5000

Post by mysty »

This has been on the market for a few years now at 16k, we always said it will never sell.
They dropped the price to 10k, then noticed an ad at 6k.
Offered less by text Mr man said yes viewed today sale agreed.
The house is sound good roof, water and electricity.
Just three rooms, attic and caves but an easy turn around for us. It even has a toilet in the lounge.
No bath or shower but you can wash in the kitchen sink. Running hot water.

Looks like a bargain. You got the title wrong, you get gnome homes, it’s mice houses.

That looks charming. I've said it before - I wish I had your talents! How do you spot them?
Same old nonsense.

We drive past it on the way to our new house, it's close to Aubusson.
It's a buyers market just now plenty of bargains out there.
You can give me 6000 if you like 8-)
Internal pictures tonight if she brought her bits.
It's worth 9k to brit, easy sale no CGT.

To brit - verb: to buy a house cheaply, do the minimum to make it watertight and functional, and sell for small profit to remainers who no longer want to stay in the UK.

There are still buyers at the bottom end of the market. We have a few people wanting to view properties but waiting on papereork to complete the sales.
As a company we lose 40 to 50% of the profit in tax and tva.
If your not a pro under 15k is tax free but not if it's repetitive
