I’m not in the least surprised at what he’s done. Let’s face it this is not an intelligent man at the best of times. He’ll do anything to win in November and I’m sure he’ll stoop even lower soon. He’s incapable of showing, let alone actually really feeling, any empathy.
I’d have thought that it would have invalidated his car insurance as he thought he might have been incapable of driving given that he explicitly stated he wasn’t sure about his ability to drive. It’s also a legal requirement not to drive if you do not have the ability to control the car.
