I have tried to follow what is going on in the ding dong between Salmond and Sturgeon but in the end can make neither head nor tail of it. Could some of you kind folks who are maybe Scots explain in words of one syllable what the heck it it all about? And where it is leading?

It is about to be used extensively in France on the over 65s so should be no problem. It may be the only way he can save his job!

I suspect that the bank which distributes pensions worldwide tenders for the contract. Thus far it has been an excellent and reliable service. It gets a very good exchange rate as far as I can see.
