The pharmacies will only be giving Astra Zeneca jabs. Pfizer and Moderna still have to have medical supervision and a 15 minute wait
and more stringent cold storage requirements

Macrons statement that the AZO vaccine did not work in the elderly,
Question - Did he actually say that?
Not quite, but that is what people round here heard.
No. He said it was quasi ineffective

He said it was Quasi-effective in the over 60s.

Re: Six Nations 2021

Pascal Gaüzère has acknowledged that neither of Wales’s first two tries against England in the Six Nations on Saturday should have been allowed to stand, according to Joël Jutge, the head of match officials at World Rugby. Wales defeated England 40-24 to win the triple crown and remain on course for...

Re: Are Merkel and Macron Playing politics with EU health?

65 - 74 year olds. It will relieve the situation a bit but like Pfizer, AZ is having production issues in its EU plants. Nevertheless, a step in the right direction. But the EU has so much unused stock of AZ . In France only 270,000 of the 1.6 million doses of AstraZeneca ordered had been used by S...

I declined but that same afternoon next door's caravan was stolen off their drive. 6 weeks later my neighbour had a call from the police saying that they had found his caravan at a traveler's site and they had identifi...

Re: What made you laugh today?

Out in our car this morning we saw a bus coming the oposite way. Instead of a destination on the front it read "Captain Tom all the best and RIP" I'm sure that he would have appreciated the comment. Good for them. He is an inspiration and a lesson to us all. Memorials are for the living and I hope ...

Re: Six Nations 2021

Wales deserved to win. Yes some very dodgey refereeing decisions, but England threw it away with their penalty count. With 20 mins to go it was 24 24, but then 3 penalties given away by 3 "finishers" On the positive side England showed some impressive attacking play. I loved the halftime interview o...
