Hi, I have heard of the njuda paste, I’ve not used it yet but it gets great comments on some of the different Ooni sites. I use a sourdough starter culture mixed with Caputo Italian 00 flour for the pizza dough, it tastes really good.

Yes it really is tasty, how about this one? This is Mrs Lemorvan's favourite, creme fraiche, Époisses cheese and snails with a good dose of garlic.
