When it cropped up in our garden I used to hit it with Glyphosate. That stuff gets to the roots and kills without having to dig. Such a shame its no longer available.

I spent half a day at a nick in Frankfurt while they decided whether or not to charge me regarding illegal importation of a car. I couldn't understand a single word. A very worrying time.

Its not going to get better anytime soon. Some that have the resources to buy fully electric will soon get fed up with having to plan every journey with allotted time for recharge stops. And hoping the charge point will A) be in working order, B) have the correct connection to suit their car, and C)...

I see where you are going with that train of thought. I would guess that the highest percentage of unemployed may well be unqualified or unskilled but capable will be living in the cities, not rural areas. And because rural housing is more expensive than in the cities, and the work is largely season...

I didn't watch because its everywhere and has been for weeks. How could anyone forget. The irony is that so many people are still keen to go to war at the drop of a hat all these decades after the event. All this remembering is not doing much good.
