None of the Charlie Hebdo caricatures of Mahomet that I have seen have been deliberately offensive and rude.
Devout Muslims would certainly find the above cartoon deliberately offensive and rude. I think it was a cheap joke that was irresponsibly provocative and divisive.

Opening the Amazon link gives you access to the many one star ratings. Can't find any that criticise the solar panel's ability to keep the battery charged.
